The Town of Victoria Park has appointed Alison Luobikis from the City of Armadale as its new chief operations officer.

Whilst at Armadale Ms Luobikis oversaw service delivery in technical services and has previous experience in local government, utilities, and mining, with a strong focus on practical solutions and improving outcomes for teams, communities, and the environment.

Prior to her role at Armadale, Ms Luobikis held senior positions at Rio Tinto and Water Corporation.

She lead different roles in strategic procurement, operational analytics, business improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Victoria Park chief executive officer Carl Askew said Ms Luobikis’ expertise would add valuable depth to the city.
