Three stalled Nottinghamshire housing developments have been given a multi-million pound funding boost.
The East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA), headed by Labour Mayor Claire Ward, says it has allocated the money to help the key developments that have been in the pipeline for years.
In total, they will create 308 new homes.
The first scheme is the redevelopment of the former – and now cleared – Chronos Richardson plastics factory site between Wyton Close and Belconnen Road, near Arnside Road, Nottingham.
Around £1.09m has been allocated to progress the scheme after plans for 62 homes and a new Lidl supermarket fell through in 2023 due to planning delays.
