A house in Morganville that sold for $2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Marlboro between Aug. 25 and Sept. 7.

The area saw a total of seven residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $803,786, or $325 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of August 25 to the week of Sept. 7 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
