London: US President Donald Trump has called on NATO leaders to impose sweeping sanctions on China to punish it for helping Russia in the war on Ukraine, declaring he will follow if they agree to the dramatic demand.
Trump blamed European leaders for buying Russian oil and avoiding tougher economic action over the war, declaring he wanted to see tariffs of 50 to 100 per cent on China in order to “break” its support for Russia.
