FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- One person was killed Saturday morning in a single-vehicle wreck just outside of Florence, the South Carolina Highway Patrol said.

It happened about 4:25 a.m. on Savannah Grove, two miles west of Florence. A 2017 Honda Accord ran off the road before striking a ditch and culvert.

The driver -- who was the only one in the car -- died.

No further information was immediately available.
