CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — The University of Virginia football team returned to Scott Stadium with a big win over William & Mary in their annual ‘UVA Strong’ game, held in memory of three teammates lost to gun violence in 2022.

Saturday’s game honored the lives of Lavel Davis Jr., Devin Chandler and D’Sean Perry — UVA football players who were tragically killed in an on-campus shooting nearly three years ago.
