OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Omaha fire crews are investigating the cause of an apartment fire in North Omaha.
An Omaha Fire Department release says crews responded to the scene at an apartment complex near 81st and Blondo streets just before 3 p.m. Friday.
Once on the scene, OFD crews saw smoke coming from the main floor. The fire was extinguished quickly.
OFD says no injuries were reported as a result of the fire. Damages to the complex are estimated to be $25,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
