Most elements of Alabama football’s play against Wisconsin was satisfactory. The Crimson Tide won 38-14 Saturday in Tuscaloosa, moving to 2-1 on the season entering a bye week.

However, UA’s run game failed to impress against the Badgers. UA went for just 72 yards on the ground, 86 sack-adjusted.

After the game, Kalen DeBoer said Alabama needs to be better on the ground.

“There’s certainly an area where we can improve in the running game, and we have to. It’s execution, that’s where it starts. The ability to be physical exists and we just got to continue to work on it. I know the guys want to do it, but that’s definitely an area where I can see us continuing to emphasize.”
