BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - While the top ranked North Dakota State Bison’s non-conference slate to start the 2025 regular season was a tad underwhelming, the Bison are still 3-0 after trouncing Southeast Missouri State 41-14.
Cole Payton was the star of the show. Four touchdowns to go along with 348 passing yards, the third-most in Bison history.
Mandan native, Jaxon Duttenhefer, tallied a sack in the second half.
After next week’s bye, the Bison take on the University of South Dakota in their first Missouri Valley Conference game of the season.
