OSNABURG TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) - An 83-year-old man was killed in a house fire in Osnaburg Township Saturday night.

According to a release from the Stark County Sheriff’s Office, deputies at the Osnaburg Township Fire Department responded to a fire in the 2700 block of Sunlight Avenue NE on Saturday.

Firefighters found an 83-year-old man in the home and took him to Aultman Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

According to the release, no other people were in the home at the time of the fire.

The fire is under investigation, but does not seem suspicious, according to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office
