ATLANTA — What now for Clemson?

Prepare for Syracuse and the lovefest between Dabo Swinney and Fran Brown, for one thing. It’ll be a midfield hug instead of a handshake next weekend. Appropriate, too, considering the solid the Orange did for Clemson last season (beating Miami to send the Tigers to the ACC Championship). Cue some Celine Dion or Michael Bolton.

Otherwise, the Tigers have lots of issues to quickly address in the meantime.

That much was evident Saturday during No. 12 Clemson's 24-21 loss at Georgia Tech. A team tabbed in the preseason as not only the favorite to win the ACC, but to contend for a national championship, is flawed. Broadly flawed. And no one knows exactly why.
