KALAMAZOO, MI – Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash on Sunday, Sept. 14, that caused a power outage.

A vehicle struck a utility pole in the 100 block of East Stockbridge Avenue, Kalamazoo police said. The crash interrupted power for the area.

East Stockbridge, between Bank and John streets, will be temporarily closed for repairs.

Drivers are asked to seek an alternative route.
