After an 0-3 start to the 2025 season, UCLA has decided to part ways with head football coach DeShaun Foster.
The news was announced Sunday – just hours after the Bruins lost 35-10 to the University of New Mexico. According to a school media release, Tim Skipper – the special assistant to the head coach – will serve as interim head coach for the remainder of the season.
This was due to be Foster’s second full season as UCLA head coach; however, two losses to start the season against Utah and UNLV put his position in jeopardy, and Saturday’s loss to New Mexico – a team UCLA actually paid to play them – appeared to be the final straw.
