Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has had a lengthy injury history during his NFL career and he got hurt once again in Week 2 on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Burrow left the game with 8:36 to go in the second quarter with what was determined to be a left toe injury, according to the Bengals. The LSU legend was sacked on the play, and his lower leg appeared to get rolled up on by Jaguars defensive lineman Arik Armstead.
The hit to Burrow can seen below in an X clip from the NFL on CBS, and he was down on the field after and in apparent pain.
Burrow's return to the game is questionable according to the Bengals. He was helped off the field and brought to the locker room.
