TOWNSHIP OF BLACK WOLF, Wis. (WBAY) - One person is dead and another is in the hospital with severe injuries after a two-car crash in Winnebago County on Sunday morning.

Just after 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office responded to the intersection of County Highway Z and Country Club Road in the Township of Black Wolf for a report of a two-car crash.

At the scene, the driver of one of the cars was pronounced dead, while the passenger in that car was taken to a local hospital by ThedaStar Medical Helicopter for severe injuries. The driver of the other car suffered minor injuries and wasn’t medically transported from the scene.
