OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - The Oshkosh Public Library will open later than usual Monday because of renovations to the building.

Glass walls are being installed.

The library will open at noon on Sept. 15.

Library workers say there might be loud noises and limited access to some materials while the renovations are taking place. The work should be done on Sept. 26.
