Eric Dane has been staying positive amid his ALS diagnosis.

The “Euphoria” and “Grey’s Anatomy” alum revealed in a statement to People on April 10 that he was diagnosed with ALS, formerly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. At the time, he expressed his gratitude for his family's support and shared that he was fortunate to be capable of still working.

Since then, he's shared minor updates on his health, as well as his future acting plans.

Shortly after revealing his diagnosis, he was seen in public for the first time . He was photographed on the street in Los Angeles. He's among the presenters at the 2025 Emmy Awards.
