The Buffalo Bills will face the Miami Dolphins in NFL Week 3 on Thursday Night Football, with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET at Highmark Stadium.

Throughout Sunday’s game against the Jets , uncertainty surrounded Bills quarterback Josh Allen after he exited in the first quarter with a nose injury. Allen was seen rushing to the sideline with blood streaming down his face before team medical staff worked to stop the bleeding.

Although the quarterback returned to the sideline with visible swelling and a black-and-blue nose, he reassured fans after the Bills’ 30-10 win that the injury would not linger.
