COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - According to the United States Geological Survey, USGS, 2 earthquakes happened over the weekend in South Carolina.

Both earthquakes occurred Saturday evening with one second of each other. The first one that happened at 8:28:04 PM Saturday evening 8.3 miles northeast of Greenwood. It has a magnitude of 1.3. The second one was slightly stronger with a 1.7 magnitude 11.2 miles north of Greenwood. This one occurred at 8:28:05 PM Saturday evening.
