Iowa quarterback Hank Brown came in in relief of Mark Gronowski for the final play of the third quarter and the remainder of Saturday's matchup.
The Auburn transfer led a 10-play, 57-yard touchdown drive in his first action since week one.
Brown went 3-of-4 for 13 yards and a touchdown. Brown found KJ Parker for a two-yard touchdown on first and goal from the UMass 2-yard line.
