Police in Edinburgh were called to an incident over the weekend after reports of a 'disturbance'.
The North East Support Team were in Leith over the weekend, as part of an initiative that focuses on keeping people safe on Leith Walk. In one incident, foot patrol officers were called to an incident.
Two males were arrested after officers arrived 'quickly'. They were both charged, and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal for several matters, including public order and hate crime offences.
In another incident, officers observed a male kicking a common stair door. He was immediately challenged, and was found to be wanted on three outstanding court warrants.
He was arrested and held in custody.
