Brunswick County residents are amping for more proposed developments in September 2025.

As growth continues to push boundaries in Brunswick County, residents face another news-filled week.

In public safety news, Victor Scott Rojo, 20, was killed in a shooting on Vereen Road in Ash on Sept. 5. Three days later, Jonathan Jayden Babson-Hill, 21, appeared in court for a first-degree murder charge in connection with the fatal shooting.
