Former West Ham manager Alan Pardew has picked out what he thinks has been going wrong for Graham Potter.

Potter , who took charge of the Hammers in January, has only won six of 24 games in all competitions during his time at the club.

The ex-Chelsea boss has lost 13 times in total, with last Saturday bringing a London derby thrashing at the hands of rivals Tottenham.

Spurs cruised to a 3-0 victory to pile pressure on Potter, with more questions raised on whether he's the right man for the job.

That was his side's third defeat of the Premier League season already and they now sit 18th in the table after four outings.

Their only win of the campaign came just before the international break, as they beat Nottingham Forest 3-0 - but that result has now been very quickly forgott
