CHICAGO — A pedestrian was struck by a Metra train near McCormick Place on Monday morning.
The incident involving a pedestrian and Metra Electric train No. 308 happened around 8 a.m. The condition of the pedestrian has not yet been released.
According to Metra, Track 1 and 2 have reopened. Outbound trains may be operating with an extensive delay due to the incident.
