Idris Elba will never use an ice bath over concerns for his modesty. ‌

The Golden globe winning actor refuses to consider ice baths - favoured by many major athletes and celebrities - because he is worried about “shrinkage”. ‌

Luther star Idris, 53, said: “I do not like to do it...you are talking about shrinkage. ‌

“Oh no. This is not only very uncomfortable, but really killing my ego.

“I’m not doing it naked at the gym. Hell no.”

Hunky Idirs, who has fought in MMA fights and is famed for his action movie work, confessed that getting older is causing him more health issues. ‌
