Nearly four in 10 adults are suffering in silence when it comes to struggling with energy bills , due to the stigma attached to seeking help. A survey of 2,000 adults revealed that 35 per cent occasionally find it difficult to pay their energy bills, yet many choose not to seek professional advice or support. ‌
