Several Upstate Republican organizations have planned vigils in honor of Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist who was killed on Sept. 10.

Kirk was the founder of Turning Point USA, an organization for conservative youth that had hundreds of chapters on high school and college campuses. He was shot and killed as he spoke at Utah Valley University.
