The Pima County Workforce Investment Board elected new officers at its monthly meeting on June 13.

Paul Roughton, owner of New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Arizona, was elected Chair of the board for a two-year term beginning July 1. Roughton has been a member of the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) since 2010.

Paul and his wife, Anna, have owned the New Horizons franchise in Arizona, with locations in Phoenix, Sierra Vista and Tucson, since 2005. He attended Sabino High School and is a 1992 graduate of the University of Arizona.

Beverly Price, director of human resources for HealthTrio LLC, has been elected 1st Vice-Chair and Planning Committee Chair for a two-year term beginning July 1. Price has served on the WIB since 2007.
