SPRING LAKE, MI — Dr. Rolf’s fans will have to wait a little longer to sample the restaurant’s new craft beer menu.

Dr. Rolf’s Barbeque Spring Lake announced it has rescheduled the debut of its craft beer menu from Saturday, Sept. 20, to Saturday, Oct. 25, due to unexpected brewery equipment issues.

“We are excited to welcome the community into our Spring Lake location to try our first brews of craft beer along the lakeshore,” said Judy Hissom, co-owner of Dr. Rolf’s Barbeque. “While the delay was unexpected, it gives us the chance to make sure everything is running perfectly for our guests. Having a party seems like the perfect way to celebrate.”

The restaurant at 971 W. Savidge St. in Spring Lake will begin serving beer at 11 a.m. Live music will kick off at 1 p.m. in the dining room,
