A 31-year-old Mercedes-Benz driver was killed by a motorist who blew through a Brooklyn red light and is now charged with manslaughter for the crash, police said Monday.

Arturo Alberto Baez Cordero was heading east on 9th St. in Gowanus when he was struck by a Honda Odyssey driver speeding north on Second Ave. about 6:25 p.m. Sunday, cops said.

Both vehicles then slammed into a Dodge pick-up truck stopped at the light.

The Mercedes caught fire, with firefighters reportedly having to extricate Baez Cordero from the car.

Medics rushed Baez Cordero to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he died about half an hour later, police said.
