SRM Development has secured a $77 million refinancing loan from New York Life Insurance Co. for Building E at Google’s Sixth Street campus in Kirkland, according to a report from the Puget Sound Business Journal. The Spokane-based developer, which maintains an office in Kirkland, obtained the permanent financing for the property located at 509 Sixth St. South, one of the youngest structures on Google’s 500,000-square-foot campus situated about a mile south of the tech giant’s new Kirkland Urban campus.
