DUBUQUE, Iowa — Dubuque Police say they arrested Robert McClain, 55, on Monday in connection with a homicide case from Adams County, Colorado. Authorities in Dubuque say they received a tip suggesting McClain's involvement in a Colorado cold case. This information was shared with the Thornton Police Department in Colorado, who led the investigation with support from Dubuque Police. McClain was taken into custody around 10:51 am.
