Rachel and Rick Adelstein of Solon are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter Melanie Brooke Adelstein to Thomas Mark Rodriguez, son of Jackie and Mark Rodriguez of North Olmsted.

Melanie is the granddaughter of Barbara and Larry Mervine of South Euclid and Marilyn Adelstein and Jerry Adelstein, of blessed memory, of Solon.

Melanie graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in pharmaceutical sciences and from Case Western Reserve University with a doctorate in dental medicine. She is a general dentist at Obermeier, Adelstein, Lempel, and Associates in Beachwood.
