The Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority seeks to put a property back on the market after a previous contract fell through.

Board of Directors Chairman Robert MacDougall and members Robert Cullers, James Fox, Dave McDermott and Bruce Townshend voted at their meeting on Friday to issue a request for proposal for real estate brokerage services in connection with the marketing and sale of a 148-acre parcel owned by the EDA in the Progress Business Park.

The contract for three EDA properties totaling approximately 148 acres on Progress Drive terminated in June after the potential buyer, Plein Smith Ventures LLC backed out of the purchase.
