LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department is at the scene of an apartment complex shooting in the Otter Creek area of Little Rock.

According to reports, the incident happened at the Chapel Ridge apartments on Monday, September 15, and at least one person was shot.

Information as to what exactly happened remains extremely limited at this time.
