A body has been found in the search for a dad who vanished and was found dead in Edinburgh . ‌

Mark Stonock, from Wallasey, England disappeared on September 1, with police believing he took a taxi to Liverpool Lime Street station the following day and headed towards North Yorkshire, Edinburgh Live reports. ‌

However, on September 8, his brother Paul announced "with a broken heart and deepest sorrow" Mark had been found dead in Edinburgh on September 6. He is now raising funds to have Mark repatriated to his home and to cover funeral costs for his "funny and talented" brother, reports Liverpool Echo. ‌
