A woman accused of drowning her dog at the Orlando International Airport appears to have gone missing after deputies showed up at her house to arrest her and were told she hadn’t lived there in months.
Alison Agatha Lawrence, 57, of Clermont, is accused by Orlando police of killing a 9-year-old white miniature Schnauzer named Tywinn in an airport bathroom Dec. 16 because she couldn’t take the dog on a flight to Colombia, according to arrest records.
She was first arrested by the sheriff’s office in Clermont in March and was released on bond, but a judge ordered her arrest again on Sept. 5 when she failed to appear at a court hearing in her ongoing criminal case.
