LOS ANGELES − "Hacks" star Hannah Einbinder had two good reasons to kick her heels off at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards Governors Gala.
It was a long night for both feet after a surprise best supporting actress win, an acceptance speech with a politically charged kicker bleeped by CBS censors, an Emmy show that lasted more than three hours and a walk to the Los Angeles Convention Center party.
Einbinder was one of the first stars to get her Emmy engraved at the gala, keeping her silver heels wrapped around her right wrist. The comedian and actress spent most of her time at the engraving station in deep conversation while holding the hand of "Severance" star Britt Lower, who was also having her trophy for best actress in a drama series personalized.
With the Emmy engraving completed, Einbender held the trophy in one hand, clutched the hem of her one-shoulder Louis Vuitton gown and her heels with the other, and ambled into the party.
Tramell Tillman celebrates historic Emmy win with his mom
"Severance" star Tramell Tillman made history as the first Black actor to win the Emmy for best supporting actor in a drama series and paid tribute to his mother, Jae Tillman, in his emotional acceptance speech.
Tillman's mother was at his side, often with her arm on her son's back, as the actor had his Emmy engraved. After it was complete, Tillman had tears in his eyes looking at his first award.
Blackpink's Lisa does an ethereal outfit change, 'The Pitt' star Noah Wyle celebrates with wife at HBO party
"The Pitt" Emmy winner Noah Wyle reconnected with his wife Sara Wells, whom Wyle sweetly called out in his acceptance speech, during the HBO afterparty at the intimate San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood.
The studio, tied for the most Emmy wins of the night, kept its guest list tight. Among the VIPs were "White Lotus" stars Aimee Lou Wood, Parker Posey, Carrie Coon, Natasha Rothwell, Walton Goggins and Lalisa Manobal, better known by the mononym Lisa.
Manobal, along with "The Penguin" winner Cristin Milioti, were among the select few who underwent outfit changes after the ceremony. While the Blackpink singer parted the crowds with her ethereal, corset-inspired ivory minidress, Milioti embraced Sofia Falcone's dark side in an oversized black leather jacket over a black high-low skirt, paired with black dotted tights.
Manobal wasn't the only actress-slash-singer who made an appearance. In an unexpected move, Olivia Rodrigo stopped by with close friend Iris Apatow ("Euphoria"), presumably in support of Apatow's partner, "The White Lotus" star Sam Nivola. The red-lipped Rodrigo sipped one of Pearl Box's martini offerings.
Jean Smart, meanwhile, was not only celebrating her lead actress in a comedy win but also a belated 74th birthday (Sept. 13). As they've done at previous iterations, HBO made sure to roll out the red carpet for her and co-star Megan Stalter, who turned 35 at midnight, and the duo blew out candles on two cakes in unison while surrounded by their "Hacks" cast.
As the clock neared 1 a.m. and the party started winding down, the guests moseyed their way over to the backed-up line of chauffeured SUVs for their next stops of the night. Milioti joked around with "Abbott Elementary" star Chris Perfetti as they headed to their next celebration.
Ike Barinholtz takes ultimate 'The Studio' party selfie with cast, Apple CEO Tim Cook

Stars from "The Studio" (including Seth Rogen), "Severance" and "Slow Horses" posed in the photograph, along with Apple CEO Tim Cook, borrowing someone's Emmy. Hey, he's the boss. He can hold an Emmy.
