LIBERTY, Ohio (WKBN) -- Officials in Liberty Township are seeking the demolition of two structures, which investigators say have been set on fire multiple times in the last few months.

Township trustees recently passed a resolution last Monday declaring the structures a nuisance and demanding their abatement.

Elmer Smith is constantly reminded of what happened near his trailer. He lives in the Grimms Mobile Home Park close to a trailer and block building, which were damaged in five suspected arsons this summer.

"It looks atrocious -- I mean, really bad -- makes the park look bad," Smith said.

The structures could soon be removed.
