YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- The Ohio One building is one of downtown Youngstown's oldest, and it was recently sold to a group of five local people who plan to keep its local flavor.

Built in 1931 as offices for Ohio Edison, Ohio One was bought by Richard Mills in 1975. Mills owned four other downtown buildings, and Ohio One was the last of his portfolio to be sold.

Youngstown's Ryan Kelly is one of the five local investors who now own Ohio One. They paid $450,000.

"This building has an unbelievable history and is still in beautiful condition," Kelly said.

The other investors are Michelle Wells, Mike Wells, Sherry DeMar, and Eric Holm.
