Emmerdale fans believe they've exposed Liam Cavanagh's health diagnosis after spotting a worrying symptom. ‌

Fans of the ITV soap will know that Liam (Jonny McPherson) has recently had a stressful time as he continues to support his fiancée Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter). ‌

Chas's son Aaron (Danny Miller) and his evil husband, John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth), were rushed to hospital last week after John pushed them off a cliff. The incident occurred shortly after Aaron learnt about the villain's string of crimes. ‌
