BUFFALO, N.Y. — Today marks a milestone of Buffalo's Hispanic community. The Hispanic Heritage Council of Western New York is celebrating it's 15th anniversary with music, history and a message about the future.

Inside the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library, where the Hispanic Heritage Council of Western New York is marking 15 years with a musical program and cultural showcase.
