AUSTIN, Texas — Four people have been arrested in connection with a burglary at an Airbnb in the West Campus area, according to the Austin Police Department.

Officers responded to a call around 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, in the 900 block of West 21st Street. The victims, visiting from El Paso, told police they returned to their rental to find several suspects stealing their belongings.

The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle, but the victims were able to track one of the stolen items to the same block.

Police reviewed nearby surveillance footage and found the suspect vehicle parked in the area. Although the suspects were not immediately found, the vehicle was towed.
