An Okmulgee man was killed Sunday when the vehicle he was driving ran off an Okmulgee County road southeast of Henryetta and rolled approximately six times, ejecting him, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
Daniel N. Worrall, 27, was not wearing a seat belt when his northbound vehicle ran off the left side of Arbeka Road just south of Juniper Road about 8:45 p.m. and then crossed the roadway and ran off the right side of the road, went up an embankment, hit a fence and rolled approximately six times, the OHP reported.
Troopers said his seat belt had been buckled in place behind his back.
