CLEVELAND — Authorities have identified and charged the suspect who is currently in custody in connection with a shooting in Cleveland's Flats East Bank entertainment district that left six people injured.
Police confirm to 3News that 21-year-old Savone Robinson was charged in Cleveland Municipal Court with discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, felonious assault, tampering with evidence, and aggravated riot. He was given a $100,000 bond on Monday, and his case has since been bound over to a Cuyahoga County grand jury.
Robinson is believed to be one of multiple people responsible for the violence that occurred in the Flats on Sept. 7, hours after the Browns' season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals at Huntington Bank Field. Five additional victims between the ages o
