MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Mid-South woman woke up to a wall of water so high it hit the roof of her home.
Raleigh neighbors told FOX13 that crews were out installing AT&T fiberglass before hitting a pipe. The water hit the roof, but it pelted parts of the concrete through the windows, and it flooded the home through the back door.
Janeen Acecey said she was asleep when her 6-year-old woke up and said there was water coming out of the ground. She said she was confused as to what her son was talking about, but when she went outside, she couldn't believe her eyes.
