“Bringing Up Bates” star Erin Bates has finally returned home after a three-week hospitalization following a life-threatening sepsis battle that has left her without function in her right leg, Us Weekly reports.

The 34-year-old reality TV personality shared her health update on Instagram Saturday, expressing gratitude despite her ongoing challenges.

“After almost three weeks in the hospital, I have never been so thankful to finally head home to our babies,” Bates wrote. “We don’t have all the answers yet, and I still don’t have function in my right leg, but we are choosing to count every blessing — especially the gift of being together again.”
