KENTON COUNTY, Ky. —

Drivers should expect to see traffic impacts through the end of September as crews conduct a routine bridge inspection at the Interstate-75/Interstate-275 interchange in Kenton County.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said the work will begin on Sept. 15 and is expected to last through Sept. 30. Advertisement

While the inspections are happening, drivers could run into shoulder closures, single lane closures, or double lane closures on the interchange ramps.

Closures are also possible on I-75 and I-275 as drivers are approaching the interchange.

KYTC didn’t provide a specific timeline for the closures, but said they have been scheduled to avoid the morning and evening rush hours.

Drivers are being asked to use caution in the area and watch for inspection crews
