Dallas Love Field will look a lot different in the coming years, although the city-owned airport is running into constraints that could limit its future economic impact.
Leaders at City Hall have put together the Love Field Expansion Airport Program, or LEAP, and won Dallas City Council approval in late August. The design phase is expected to be completed next year, followed by construction in 2027.
