Voters in Manchester, Berlin head to polls Tuesday in municipal and special primary elections

MANCHESTER, N.H. —

On Tuesday, voters in Manchester and Berlin will head to the polls.

Manchester is holding its municipal primary election for alderman and alderman-at-large positions.

Berlin is holding a special primary election for the state representative from Coos County District 5.
